Okay. I will at least repost some old ice-brew sencha photos.
12-24 hour brew in the fridge. Definition of unmami!

12 hours later out of fridge:

Pretty much any cold-brew rocks. After sampling new purchase hot, I pretty much stick to cold for the summer.

I am trying this right now with Lung Jing tea. I will let you know how it turns out.

Does anyone know which green and oolong teas taste the best when cold brewed?
For example I have Gunpowder, Sencha, Ti Guan Ying, Barison Oolong and Jinx Shuan Oolong.
