Please talk me out of this teavana oolong

I'm no fan of teavana--and I LOVE oolongs--but damn if their Pumpkin Spice Brulee oolong doesn't look tasty for the fall. Has anyone tried it?

I'm a sucker for this flavor profile during this time of year, but that doesn't really appeal to me. I'd rather get a couple fandom blends from Adagio to scratch that itch. Speaking of which... *wanders over to look at Adagio's blends*

I doubt you'd taste any oolong in that at all because what mediocre teas Teavana uses in blends like that are completely overpowered by the other ingredients, which may be fine in and of themselves.

If i would now call a hamburger now oolong instead, could i talk about this here as well?

This thing has more in common with a Christmas punch than tea, or oolong tea in particular.

Sounds like something out of Achewood.

From the photo, it looks like the "spice" component is supplied by Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

In my limited experience with Teavana teas, I've always found there blends overpoweringly sweet. Then to further that, they add sugar to the in store samples. The first time I tried a sample of one of they're oolong blends I immediately dumped the rest of the sample as my first sip sickened me.. A lot of their ideas sound nice but I usually can't stomach the sugar in them.

Keep buying from this vendor, until you find something better. As long as you like it and drink it enough. Good luck.
