The topic is intact and is in its entirety under review.
It should be noted that I allowed the topic to remain open and in this forum for 24 hours after Gingko's post before moving it. So moving it was not taken lightly nor was Gingko's post the sole reason for doing so. Much thought went into this decision before any action was taken.
This is not a black and white, open/shut review as it presents unusual challenges.
