Anyone Familiar With This Packaging?

I got this as a gift. Is anyone familiar with it?

I think I really need to learn Chinese.

No, I'm not familiar with the packaging. But the top reads "high mountain/gao1 shan1/高山." The black characters look to say "tie guanyin," though the package is folded; from the context it seems right. Looks to be Chinese, not Taiwanese, tgy (tie guanyin).
