Hi everyone,
I'm new to Tea Chat and just wanted to introduce myself. I just posted a recipe for the Green Anji Janurary contest. I hope you all will try it out and let me know what you think!
I'm a graduate student in Connecticut, working away at my desk and my lab bench, drinking tea by the gallon as I go. I love trying new teas and I just got a nice big container of Jasmine pearls from Adagio that I'm excited to start drinking. As for other cool new tea finds, I am also really liking this blend of black tea, coffee beans, and chocolate blend from Tease (www.teaguys.com) called '"Morning Americano." Highly recommended if you're mainly a coffee drinker but want to be introduced to tea. I also love traveling and try bring back as many new teas as I can from my travels. Lucky for me, I recently went to China and England--great tea places!
Looking forward to chatting with you all!
