Hi all,
Many thanks Chip...I too see the cranes, but not until you pointed them out.

Here's Today's Yunomi glazed with a Yellow Crystal Matte and Nuka and fired to 2345F in reduction in my small updraft kiln. There are additional images in my shop at the following link:

Debunix,
Many thanks for posting this image, you do have a good eye and what seems to be an endless supply of great images...BTW, I think it was you that posted an image of a piece I made that was brown shino with white shino over and you compared it to a painting of the brown and white horses...Was this you? If so, I would like to see that image again, but I can't find it here anywhere...

Thanks Michael

I can't remember comparing a glaze to a painting of horses--that would have been someone else. But thanks for the compliments on the photos. I've been shooting pictures a lot longer than seriously drinking tea, so they do accumulate....

Outstanding selections, woozl. I think I might have selected these two as well (or similar).

I know I had favorited at least one of that pair. They look right at home in the sunlight there.

Ohhhh...
OK.
I'm cruising that site daily, really have to surrender this next go round.
(Terrific glaze recipe and potter's tips website out there, too! Yum.)
