Year: mid~late 70s.
Clay: Hongni.
Made by: Factory 1, partially handmade.
Type of filter: single hole.
Size: 75 ml.
Weight: 84 grams.
Lid fit: not good, it drips quite a bit.
Shape: Lixing Shui Ping.

This teapot has an amazing clay, the aroma of the tea is well defined, the body is lightly increased while the aftertaste, especially with some types of tea (Puerh, medium/high roasted oolong, black teas), is much more lingering. I would say that this teapot almost works with every type of tea, included the most delicate, e.g. gaoshan and white teas. The heat retention is pretty good and the thickness of the walls are medium.
This teapot is definitely a good deal for those who, unlike me, do not give too much importance to the lid fit.

Price: 229 USD + shipping.

Year: 2013.
Clay: Aged Zini.
Made by: apprentice of Master Zhou from Wuxing Shan Fang studio in Yixing, fully handmade.
Type of filter: flat multi-hole filter.
Size: 95 ml.
Weight: 81 grams.
Lid fit: extremely good.
Shape: Bian Gu.

I purchased this teapot a few months ago from David (essenceoftea.com) and, despite the low price, I have to say that this clay is a little gem. The clay of this teapot is quite good, particularly suitable for Puerh, black teas and medium/high roasted oolong. The aroma and the aftertaste of the tea is well defined, while I have noticed a significant increase of the body. Despite the walls are thin, the heat retention is extremely good, maintaining high temperatures for several minutes.
In my opinion, this teapot is perfect for those who have never purchased Yixing clay, given the low price and the good quality.

Price: 69 USD + shipping.

I am selling this two beauties only because I have too many cups at home !
This two cups were made during the late Qing dynasty, each one hold ~ 40/50 ml. A pleasure to own and use every day.
Usual defects of production and consumption from use.
They have already been cleaned several times.

Price: 50 USD + shipping. I do not sell them individually.

I only accept payment via paypal.

All the packages will be prepared with great care, so expect many layers of protection !
For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via PM.
