I got my copy for £2 on ebay. :shock:
Was just browsing around with no purpose, saw it and placed a bid. Nobody else entered the bidding. I felt quite lucky.

Spotted a used copy at the venerable Strand Book store in NY for $30.

Available on their site, at least right now, July 4 @ 17:30 EST.

While on holiday in Portugal few months ago I found a Portuguese translation (one of the languages I can read) on sale in a supermarket foyer going for around 2 Euros! 8)

An English translation would have cost me multiples of that amount.
