Does anyone have any experience with satetsu tetsubins? I am considering investing in one, and I would like to hear from other people about their experiences. Specifically, I have heard they are more "brittle" than the regular iron tetsubins.
I never leave my regular iron Kunzan tetsubin on the burner without water, nor do I leave water standing in it. Besides those basic rules, are there any other specifics to caring for a satetsu?
Kind Regards,
Tyler
