Until recently, I haven't been interested in chamomile tea. All the store-bought brands that I'd had in the past were below par so I was a bit turned off the herb for a while. I discovered Adagio's loose-leaf chamomile last month and the smell and taste are impeccable.
How much chamomile should be used in brewing 8 oz of tea to get the full benefit and flavor of the herb?

Re: Chamomile brewing
I'd say start with 2tsp, but play around with it until you find what tastes best to you.
Life is like a cup of tea, savor it slowly or it will be gone too fast
