Where have you been all my life, oolong?
As I have mentioned several times so far, Victoria's Own sent me some samples of her oolongs whihc I recieved yesterday. Out of the two that I have tried so far, ti kuan yin from Adagio is my favorite so far. I can't believe that I have been missing out on this! Now all I really need are some whites...

Girl, I'll send you some whites too! : o )
I love Adagio's TQY, I have tried a lot of brands and really Adagio's is right up there. Some Adagio batches do vary a little but still it's very nice. Nice tight rolled leaves and they expand fully. Very bold taste, definitely my favorite. I always carry those tea bag packets with me, so convenient.

If you do, send me some of that German tea, it look interesting.
I need to send you my favorites.
So I feel all giddy now because of oolongs...or maybe it's the caffine in the oolongs....

Well I got three steeps out of the ti kuan yin, very good. Tomorrow I'll be using the orange blossom oolong. It smells so good. I'm so excited!

I hate to say it LT, but I can't get that Orange Blossom to brew up right. That is some nasty strong stuff if I say so myself. I can't believe there is oolong under there.
I'm thinking of setting it out in a bowl as potpourri. The aroma is so fantastic, but dang!
Use a big mug and don't go over 3mins.
Call 911 if you stop breathing.
