Alas, I have too many pots to know how to answer the poll.

I have 2 kyuusu (yay den's!) that are good for 10 (or *technically* 11) oz, but are almost always used for only 4 oz brews.

My yixing pot is probably upwards of 4 oz, and my gaiwan is closer to 3.5.

The others vary rather widely.

I like my kyusu from Den's for the green teas that I primarily drink. When I drink something else, the infuser basket or the filter bags in a 16 oz mug work well. I have a 150 ml gaiwan, but I am still deciding if I like it or not.

This morning is the fukamushi sencha maki from Den's. I am about to brew the second steep now.

I use a 15 oz Bee House pot most days. It looks just like the picture insanitylater posted, only in green. Filled to the brim, it brews just the right amount to fill my travel mug-- which would be great if only the travel mug didn't leak so much. :roll:

Takumi sencha this AM...less than a session left. Really delicious. This means I have one sencha open now...So, I will open 2 senchas w/in a few days. Life is good. :D

My favorite pots tend to be 7 or so ounces. Most of my steeps are around 180 ml (fills my 90 ml...3 oz cups twice exactly), so, this is a good size. I have a few smaller pots and a few larger pots depending on what I am brewing.

All my large pots I purchased shortly after I started drinking tea seriously 8 years ago usually sit and move to the back of my cabinet.

Interesting that the same is happening with me. The teapots I actively use are becoming increasingly smaller. I now use two tetsubins of 12oz and 10oz capacity. Even these seem too large for some things, and I am thinking of getting 7-8oz kyusu. The bigger pot that I had before (40oz) and the ones I bought recently when I started drinking a lot of tea (24oz and 18oz) are stowed away and only come out when I have company.

This AM I made 2 infusions of Assam Boisahabi 2nd flush and now contemplating making a third just to see what this tea can do. It is BOP, so I am not sure about a third steeping, but it is a remarkably tasty tea. I'll try and report later.

Another morning started with Adagio's English Breakfast. Trying to decide if next up will be my Oolong or Puerh... Leaning towards Puerh.

I have a 12oz press, a 16oz ingenuiTEA type, a 32oz insulated press, and a teapot that's probably about 24oz or so. I use my 12oz press most often, second would be my ingenuiTEA.

This morning I had my first ever Pu Erh. Only had one infusion so far. I'm interested to see how the next couple infusions differ from the first. :)

Already the end of the day here. I had with my dinner some genmaicha (sampler from tamayura), just decent.

Any suggestion for a good genmaicha between o-cha, ippodo, hibiki-an, kaburagien and zencha?

A Dong Ding to close the day (and my two-week break too: back to school tomorrow)

Teapot I use depends on how much tea I'm making. If just for me, then I have a 2 cup pot I use. But if making for family & friends, use my 6 cup pot.

Fixed a large pot of vanilla oolong w/bfast this morning. This may become a staple at my house. Hubby said it was smoother than the usual vanilla black tea.

90 ml gaiwan is most usual brew vessel, although I have all sorts of pots of all sizes. I favor the smaller YiXing pots if I use a pot.

I started off the day with some more Rishi White Peony.

*All of my pots: Hagi Kyusu, Tokonome Kyusu, and My Yixing are all between 5-6oz.

Most of my gaiwans and Yixing pots are in the 3-4oz range. My Kyūsu is around 10oz.

Haven't had any tea yet today, but I'm looking to change that soon.

Tea number two is Taiwan oolong. Brewed it longer this time, much better. But now I am all but out.

Zhong Shu Hu...a green oolong.
