March 29th Discussion

Hello communiTEA drinkers,

Today we have Gaucho Mate Chai!

Our Brazil grown toasted mate is blended with masala spices for some sweet heat and toasty flavor.

How are you enjoying this unique mash-up?

Give me a moment, I'm still enjoying the smell of this one.....

Okay. I don't think I've ever had a more aromatic tea, and drinking it lived up to the smell. You get a mouthful of flavor, but nothing overwhelms you. It's a very comforting cup of tea.

We should set up a zoom meeting or two and sip together. I have an account if people want to suggest times :)

Groucho Marx tea just isn't doing it for me... : ( It's a nice, warming tea but it's leaving a sickly sweet aftertaste in my mouth.

I'm not usually a fan on Chai as there's something about them that bites the back of my throat, probably the clove despite looking clove otherwise, but I found myself enjoying this.
