May the 4th be with you! I kind of want to yell at all the people saying they have or would steep this hotter -- that's not how yerba mate works! You have to steep it at a lower temp for a longer time to get the taste. 200-degree water is just going to leave you with hot, caffeinated water and no tea taste.
