Alcohol burner with chagama furo set?

Hello,
I am new to this forum!

I performed a search looking for an answer to this question and was unable to find one.

I am considering getting a chagama furo iron kettle set (my first time way from just an electric kettle), and I'm wondering if they're all compatible with the standard alcohol burner, or if I'll have to use charcoal? I would prefer an alcohol burner.

It would not be advisable. A heat plate would be better for cast iron as if does not release water vapor. Maybe this link will help.
