Favorite Tisane Before Bedtime

by TimeforTea » Feb 28th, '08, 22:07

I've been drinking adagio's roobios vanilla, chamomile, or foxtrot before bed. However, I want to try something different. I was curious if you would all share your favorite bedtime tisane as well as favorite tisane vendor.

I'm not looking for something necessarily to make me sleepy. I'm just looking for something soothing to drink before bed.

Also, please indicate if you add anything such as milk or honey to your favorites.

I thought I was experiencing deja vu for a moment there.

http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?t=4506 should help some, though it doesn't really adress the lightening/sweetening aspect of your question.

Heh...I had the deja vu, too.

As far as lightening/sweetening goes, I don't. I guess chamomile would be decent with honey...but it's not my bag.

 Oops. Sorry, Mary, This time I did not use the search option. (BTW, am I the only person who seems to type in the IM post box, when I mean to type in the search box??)
