Hi all!
I'm also a PDXer (recently moved here, from the Bay Area, but I'm originally from Minnesota), and would love to get together for some kind of Portland tea meet-up!
I'm especially into pu-erh these days. It's just so good, and by itself it is such a wide spectrum of flavors and experiences. But I also love oolong, Japanese greens... and just about anything, really. (Even herbal teabags, shhh!)
I'm a software developer by day, and a husband and father-of-a-1-year-old by night. Pretty much everyone around me -- coworkers and family alike -- wonder what is up with this obsession of mine.
Looking forward to meeting more tea lovers!
Dave

Hey Dave. Fellow Portland Tea fanatic here (also loves the pu). I wrote an article about my journey through tea in Portland, should be of interest to you:

There are a few PDXers here on Tea Chat and I've been talking with ABX about some sort of meet up.
I'm thinking maybe someplace like Bay Leaf (in SE portland) which has a group meeting space (they also do some teas...).
