I leave my Earl Grey tea bag in my cup until I finish it...I just enjoy it more. Same with green tea.

I used to do that. Back when 'hot tea' meant a bag of whatever I had, in the cup with water, microwaved, then 'steep' until I could not see the spoon in the bottom.
Then I'd compensate with sugar ... and more sugar.
And maybe a slice of lemon.
I'm glad I've learned better.

haha, I used to do that. did lead to the bad habit of adding sweetners though.

I don't add sugar or milk but use to sqeeze the bag but I'm slowly trying new and better teas and steeping differently.

I have but I'm taking baby steps. A few weeks ago I bought a tea infuser and like it, and I started making Chai from loose leaf and like that even more...but when I'm at work I need the tea in a bag, it's just easier that way.
