I have one fancy, modern, polycarbonate, microwavable, vertical, tea brewing vessel (that is aging and I am looking to replace it with that fancy, modern, glass, microwavable, vertical, tea brewing vessel we found yesterday, if I can find one cheaper) and one ceramic pot. I also have an infuser basket I guess I could use in a cup (I use it as a strainer) and a glass mug/infuser (old style with the glass infuser). I voted 2-3. I guess that would be 4, though.
Teas for trade:
I have 6 : 2 ceramic (too big for daily use), 1 glass (also too big), and 3 tetsubins.
Of all that I regularly use 2 small tetsubins. I will very likely replace one or both. I bought too many teapots before I found this forum and learned how to brew tea, and before I figured out what I like. I am planning to get one kyusu for my Japanese teas, and probably one yixing for blacks, although my tetsubin works really well with blacks, so I am not sure. I have not started trying oolongs seriously yet, but if I like them, I may get a dedicated yixing for them too.
I had a nice cup of Assam Harmony in the morning, and now am drinking the last of my Fukamidori. I am excited to finish it because now I can open one of the new sencha's from Den.

Started the TeaDay late with Guricha from O-Cha. It never fails, when I have Guri as my morning wake up tea, it is...flat. I seem to need to drink Guri a little later, strange.

I opened a bag of Uji Gyokuro "Yume no Ukihashi" before dinner.
Not so intense as Uji Gyokuro Kame-Giru-Shi. I would say more subtle.
I had five gyokuro tasting steeps, with no bitterness at all even for the last one. I tried a sixth one, but it was too light to my taste.
Brewing parameters 9-10gr:100ml:90s (subsequent steeps 5s/5s/15s/30s/60s): 55°C to 60°C.
Now a Dong Ding to close the day.

I just ate a 2X cheesburger and a Dollar Fry at McD's...a weak act of attempted suicide by eating.
So, now I am downing a gallon of Wulong slimming tea and figure I will lose a half a pound by bed time.
Well, I am about to have a Dan Cong Oolong from Sal. That and count up my pots...
