Don't forget, tomorrow is St Patty's Day...think green...TEA!!!

Yesterday was sooo bad tea wise for me, that the best tea of the day was Kuki- Houjicha from 2005 that I just found in my tea drawer...it actually was not bad...it was just enough for one session...I must order some.

So, today, dang it, I will have some good tea.

I quite always drink tea for breakfast and I often drink tea with my lunch, but during the rest of the day, I don't eat anything when drinking tea.

St. Patrick's day was actually Saturday, Chip! Whenever it falls on the Holy Week the Vatican moves the date forwards or backwards - this hasn't happened since 1940 and won't occur again until 2160. The state holiday in Ireland is supposedly not changed, but as far as the church is concerned it is.

Not sure how to answer this one. I have iced tea with all my meals, but never eat when drinking hot tea.

Breakfast is the only meal that I might drink tea with food. Occassionally I may munch on plain rice crackers with tea. My preference is to drink water with meals, and have tea on its own.

This morning I have citron green in my cup. Last night I enjoyed a mug of foxtrot.

I hope to hear dark chocolate mentioned more than the one time I mention it.

Dark chocolate, Chip? Absolutely! I'll sometimes savor a small piece of really good dark chocolate after dinner. Yum! But I've never had it with tea. Bet it would be tasty with Valentine's tea, though!

With lunch I typically have a soda, but that's only because I'm typically too lazy to keep enough iced tea in the house to bring some to work. I generally like something cold with my midday meal.

In my cup is my 4th cup of the day of oolong #40. I think I might have a problem.

I am making an effort, however slight, to not associate food with tea.

I am smoking a brisket to celebrate St. Pat's day. We went to a Mahler concert last night after moving all morning. Not being particularly fond of corned beef or the side-effects of cabbage, we are having corned beef and potatoes. I don't think there is any really good tea that goes with brisket. I do have some Reisling in the wine cellar(fridge), however.

Tea and toast for breakfast. Tea with sandwiches at afternoon tea. Other cups, if I find time during the day, are enjoyed without food.

Hardly ever will i eat with tea i like to concentrate souly on the tea.

Although I often do enjoy tea as a stand-alone activity, I don't give the slightest thought to having a snack or meal at the same time.

Also, I'll be in the middle of a meal and arbitrarily decide to put on some tea.
