Recipe is towards the bottom of the article. I love, love, love handcrafted marshmallows. Maybe a nice addition to a matcha latte of sorts?

I thought the idea of matcha marshmallows was interesting, but I couldn't think of a thing to use them for. Then I read the article and it suggested using dark chocolate and graham crackers for a high-class s'more.

Now I've got an un-fillable craving! Curses!
