I just bought the Utilitea kettle and one of the teas I enjoy is peppermint. I notice on the container from Adagio it says:
180 degree
7 minutes
I was just wondering why they have this herbal tea set for 180 degrees rather than 212 boiling.
The rooibos I also have has the 180 degree mark where I thought these were better for boiling.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just finished chatting with an Adagio representative and my containers have a misprint on them. The peppermint and rooibos teas should have a 212 boiling temperature rather than the 180.
I just wanted to make sure since I have the new utilitea kettle with temp settings.
