Motion in flavor

by trent » Apr 9th, '08, 23:03

Has anyone ever experienced a strong "motion" the flavor of a tea... where you can feel the flavors building up and changing in your mouth... where the flavors seem to be "moving" and exploring the different areas of your mouth?

I just experienced this for the first time with just4tea.com's 2007 spring oolong (which I am currently drinking). I'm gonna write a blog post on this topic after I finish drinking the tea... but the "motion" was so amazing, I had to start this thread before I could finish the post.
