Out of Dragon Well, Dragon Pheonix Pearl, Gen Mai Cha, Gunpowder Imperial, and Japanese Green, which one has the most anti-oxidant properties?

From the Teavanna site:

http://store.teavana.com/oolteas.html

I found this comment. "White teas have 15 times the anti-oxidant properties of green tea."

I can't vouch for it, but I think the best health benefits aren't from green tea at all, but from white tea.

It's true, I have heard and read from a multiple number of sources, white tea is highest anti-oxidant tea of all, even compared to green teas. White teas, however, have a more subtle taste and actually not much taste at all...try the white acapella, smooth but not strong. which is why...many white teas are flavored with flowers etc.

Which green tea is highest in anti-oxidants? ...personally, I think the best green or white tea is the one you like the most, that way you will drink it more and receive best supply of anti-oxidants!

Never trust a man who, when left alone in a room with a tea cozy, dosn't try it on.

While it is true that some science at the moment considers "white tea" to have the most antioxidants, the green tea that could be considered as having some of the highest amounts is known as Sencha. This is one of, if not the most common green tea drunk in Japan and the one responsible for the green tea craze that swept the States. Certain other certified organic and minimally processed green teas from Kyoto are also quite high in antioxidants.

i just read in the NYTimes that there is little STRONG evidence that the antioxidants found in tea prevent cancer. at the very least the stuff still tastes good.
There are four advantages to green tea... Its beauty, its taste, its aroma, and its health benefits. Learn to enjoy the first three and you'll forget you drank it for the fourth. ^^

I began drinking tea a few years ago for the health benefits and so steered primarily toward green and white teas. Since then I have come to appreciate the flavor and the process of making the tea. I really enjoy the subtle flavors of the various white teas such as silver needle and the white peony. They have become my favorites along with dragon well tea. It might be all in my head but I've noticed that for the past two years I feel my health has benefited. It is probably the goodness of the tea but perhaps the enjoyment of the process of brewing it as well. I find it very enjoyable.
