Happy Birthday, Katrina!!!

I don't even know what tea I'll be drinking tonight much less a year from now! I've only been drinking loose leaf for apr 6 months. Just recently started experimenting w/oolongs. Considering I didn't even know what oolong was this time last year, it will be interesting to see what's in the tea drawer next Spring.

Speaking of oolong, had 2 cups of Oolong #8 this morning. The sample tin only has enough for 1 cup left so even though I didn't *need* any more tea yet, I went ahead & placed an order.

Everything is better in Seattle. I am so surrounded by Gators and beach bunnies down here. It's so unfair! Bawwwww

I'm expecting a lot of change as I still have yet to really try lots of oolongs and puerh, which I'm going to do soon. Houjicha/matcha are both on my list to try too, as well as some more whites!

Happy Birthday, Katrina!

Have a cup of tea on me! :D

I really have no idea what's going to happen in a year. Most likely some things are going to change and some things will remain the same. I will likely still love Assams, I have loved them for years. I will probably try many and fall in love with some other teas of which I have not heard yet. Let's get back on this question a year from now.

Assam in the morning. Just finished a can of Sencha Shot that I took with me to run my chores.

Yes, that is unfair!! I wanna be surrounded by beach bunnies even if it would get me in trouble with the wifey. :D It rains here all the time, you would hate it.

Happy Birthday, Katrina!

Think my tea tastes will stay the same - I love them all! (Well, except for Lapsang. No love there, but I appreciate it. )

Today has been a four cupper. Two Yunnan Golds, one Vanilla Rooibos Chai, and one big mug of Golden Monkey. I should have something green today....hmm kinda late for more caffeine tho..

Speaking of which, any SLers here? Any interest in a virtual teashop for teachaters?

I anticipate that my tastes will change, largely due to the fun tasting that is going on over in the puer group. I also intend to expand my knowledge of Japanese greens. I think my love affair with Darjeeling is a long term thing.

Is this one of those things that if you have to ask you don't want to know?

Kat, you are too cool to do it right! I was really disappointed to see your change of avatar at first, but I am growing to like this one just as much.

Could you imagine all of us showing up at a SL teashop... We already hide behind screen names & avatars so why not?

Rough TeaDay, yet managed to use a sample sencha teabag from Zencha that has sat around tooo long. Got home late for tea, but not too late for tea plant flowers...supposed to be low in caffeine.

So managed somehow to get 3 in...
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
