Pismo Beach, CA Tea Room (or close to area)?

I'm looking to have High Tea when I'm in the Pismo Beach, CA area. San Luis Obispo is close to that area too. Didn't seem to find any on the TeaMap, so I'm hoping someone may know of one in this area, hopefully within a 15-20 minute drive.

J. Henry Manor in San Luis Obispo is an excellent choice for afternoon tea. For a real treat, drive the 40 minutes to Lompoc and visit Penelope's Teas & Gifts. The ladies there will feed you well and treat you to a lovely afternoon.
