What everyone else said :)

My teas don't change dramatically over the year, but they do change. Fresh new Japanese green teas in the springtime, chilled mugicha in the summer! And while I drink Japanese greens all year round, I'm likelier to break into the non-Japanese teas in wintertime. It's something about those darker flavours...

I just enjoyed 2 cups of Keemun Spring Dawn Chun Fen, after reorganizing some recessed bookshelf cabinets to store my growing TeaWare collection.

Like chamekke, my tea tastes have changed and developed, but I don't think they are particularly seasonal.

Since I don't really like too many of the darker teas, my tea stays pretty much the same from season to season even though sometimes the greens seems a little out of place when it is really cold.

TKY this morning. Not sure what is next yet. I am almost out of my oolongs... need to get more.

national oolong month, sal? do tell

the teas i crave shift from season to season based on the prevalence of particular kinds of days, but typically not to the extent that i develop associations between particular teas and seasons. but i have a feeling some patterns are developing and will present themselves as time goes by. also, i kind of like going with opposites, so or instance, a fresher, lighter tea like a white on a dark winter's day can really hit the spot.

Scotty, I am worried you may have difficulty trusting in others.

I really don't know if my tastes change with the seasons. I think it would depend more on what teas that I like at the time, which I am bored of, and what I have in my tea drawer.

This morning is starting with White Peach.

No my tastes don't really change - other than the addition of iced tea in the summer.

Adagio Assam Melody for me this morning.

My eyes are more focused now...nice pic. I wonder how many times we can post this pic today...this is number 4!

I am waiting for the mail to come and see if fresh grass clipping have arrived. Til then, I am finishing 5 steeps of Tokusen sencha from Ono prefecture...blah blah blah...

Seasonal shifts are pretty disceet for me since I drink so much green year round. Definitely...lighter teas sound much more appealing as the weather warms.

They say, Long Jing (dragonwell) has a cooling effect on the body...so, don't drink it in the Winter
