Sorry for posting OT things in your tread silver, but it's called random pu thoughts so whatever.
I drank some pu today. It smelled like rottening leaves in an autumn forest. The taste first reminded me of Yunnan, but then tasted very crisp and very much like... cucumber. Plus a wee, nice hint of mushroom. Now, cucumber is something I associate with Japanese greens and TKY. Not with pu. You pu freaks out there, is cucumber pu usual? Is it "green" pu that has this taste?
thats because i tried to make my friends some pu in the yixing and uhm, they looked at me funny when i brought out the little pot...

next time i have special lipton royal teabag #5 with superfine dust in coffee mug with organic water from the building's hotwater boiler!
they liked the pu tho, so got a couple to convert to the looseleaf side !!!!
