It is a very good gyokuro, but if the first two steeps are excellent, the next one are weak. It is expensive, especially because it comes from Tsuen.
My choice is Uji Gyokuro Kame-Giru-Shi (28$ for 50gr, so a little less expensive).
If you are looking for less expensive one Uji Gyokuro "Fujitsubo", Uji Gyokuro Gyoku-Hou are a good choice.

I would strongly recommend Harney's Gyokuro. They also have a 2 $ sample. It truly rivals itoen and den's teas. The Tencha is curious...a rare offering in these parts...but part of me wonders why why why. Why wasn't this tencha glorified into Matcha. Sorry guys...when I said the gyokuro is not mentioned enough - I was referring to Harney gyokuro. I will correct the mistake.
Otherwise, you guys are right - there is TONS TONS of information regarding the gyokuro. Some of it, I requested when I was experimenting with gyokuro.
When I called them, they said that it was nitro flushed.
I have compared it against Hibiki, ito-en Teavana, dens and a couple of others - I have to say that Harney wins hands down. Not once have I tasted that strong grassy vegetal flavor with practically non-existent astringency. Felt like I was almost drinking a sweet grassy butter....
Hm, this is getting more and more tempting to place an order to Harney, but I just ordered all of my shincha so I should probably hold off for a bit. To go against Ito-en and teavana don't surprise me, but to trump Hibiki and Den's sounds like more of a feat. Although Den's is based out of Shizuoka which isn't particularly known for Gyo.
