My voice has been affected by Reflux Acid. among the steps I have taken to modify my diet.. e.g. soft foods, thorough chewing, etc., I am planning on using a daily dose of two spoons of honey, a drink of water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and other steps.
I also was taking Nexium but it caused unpleasant side effects so I am using Pepcid complete to relieve acid symptoms. (There is no indicatinf from the manufacturer on when to take it, so I am opting to use it afer a meal..any thoughts.?)
What has been your eperience with standard decafenated green tea.?

Would appreciate any information.
