How do you suggest I brew this tea? Please include both Eastern and Western style brewing tips. This will be my first darjeeling tea!

For Western style brewing, I usually do about 5 grams (or about 2/2.5 teaspoons IIRC) per ~12 oz of water, and brew for 2-3 minutes. I don't really brew Indian teas Eastern style; it hasn't worked well for me. Some have gotten it to work though, and hopefully they post their methods. :)
