Video Feedback contest - win $50

by ilya » May 23rd, '08, 04:10

We launched a beta version of video reviews on Adagio Teas a few weeks ago, and are happy to say the bugs are worked out and it's ready to go.

To get the ball rolling, we decided to offer an Adagio Teas $10 gift certificate to the first 25 people who submit video reviews (legitimate reviews please). After the 50th submission, TeaChatters will vote to determine the most innovative video review and the winner will receive an additional $50 gift certificate.

We'd love to see what your creativity. Show us what you got.

I'm just curious how this might apply, if at all, to those of us who submitted videos during the test period :D

I would like to record a video, but it seems we can only do this if we have a webcam. I don't have a webcam, and instead would like to just use my digital camera and upload it as a movie. Is this possible?

Okay, now it is saying that I have reviewed everything already (which I haven't) and it's not showing me anything to review. Just yesterday it was fine.

Reviews are given 180 days to be reviewed. Looks like you just passed the cutoff :(

I didn't realize there was a deadline. I never read that anywhere. And... 6 months ago? That seems a little bit longer when I last ordered the things.

Is there any way that the cut-off can be extended for me?

I've extended the time for video reviews, so you may now post one if you choose.

You can say that again! That looks like something Adagio would have made for a tea themselves for the website. Very well done! I would love to know the artist and song title of the music in that video as well :P
