Which green tea to choose?

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic colon cancer. I read the cancer section in the health benefits page.... also, just heard that switching from coffee to green tea is good for weight loss. I'm about to order the teapot package but would like to order green tea with it...

any suggestions?

Due to the fact that ALL teas-- not just all green teas-- come from the same plant (good ol' Camellia Sinensis), all have the same basic chemical composition. This means that, while slight differences may occur due to processing, all teas have very similar health benefits (even those found in a supermarket).

The real key is to find one that fits your individual tastes. Personally, i'd recommend the Dragonwell. For the quality and price, it is one of the best teas we offer. Here is the link:

Hi

I am looking for a good everyday green tea that is mellow and without a very astringent aftertaste. My husband and I don't know a lot about green teas, but we are very eager to try.

I've been grooving on our Green Anji a lot lately.

It's got a great mellow, almost sweet, taste that's not too "spinachy." Here is the link:

I've become a big fan of the Gyokuro tea here. It's a little expensive, but it looks really good, and tastes great as well.
