Cinnamon in Tea...Bad?

I like to put cinnamon sticks in my tea when I brew it. Are there any negative health effects of cinnamon? Does it affect your teeth???

I only see good effects from it. WebMD.com and many other sites say it is very good for you. Infact some people eat it as a suplimant.

Cinnamon in tea is good, espcially if you put some sugar in your tea. It helps control the insulin spike one gets from sugar.
