yeah so...i want to try and add honey and carnation condensed milk to either green pu or even better, to cooked pu erh. maybe try to score some yak milk or goat milk.
so anybody tried to put anything else into pu?

I have not done this, but it sound interesting. Just remember not to do it with anything expensive/rare, you dont want to change the experience.I did read an interesting article that combining milk with tea actually cancels out the antioxidants, so if you are drinking for health, I wouldn't recommend this.

I sent my parents some bricks of cooked pu for their health. They couldnt swallow it litterally. However, after a bit of honey and milk, they can't get enough of the stuff. I on the other hand feel there is something terrible wrong with adding it to pu. But then again, I am a purist.

I'm no purist, so always try every tea (sooner or later) with some sweetener. If it's an inexpensive Pu erh, what's it going to hurt? I actually prefer the Adagio Pu Dante with sweetener compared to on it's own.
That said, I usually try a few infusions straight to get a feel for the tea before I add anything.
