I'm really interested in ordering the decaf earl grey and decaf ceylon, but both are backordered. Any estimates as to when you would get some more in stock?
Thanks!

So I've been told twice that the decaf teas were going to be stocked - and the last estimated date was about two weeks ago - the one before that was a month and a half ago -
What seems to be the problem with the supply, and when are you guys REALLY going to have some in stock?

Lene--
Thanks for the note.
There was indeed a very large problem with our decaf supplier -- they weren't supplying us with the tea we requested!
We're currently shopping around for something better, but do not yet have an ETA for replenishment.
Apologies for the delay,
Chris

The last response was in June. What is the status now?

Unfortunately, no change in status....

Have noticed a dearth of flavored decaf teas. Cooler weather is upon us and orange decaf is what gets me through the chilly days and cold nights. What gives? Is the decaf orange expected soon?

We're still looking for a good decaff-er, which, as it turns out, is harder to find than we anticipated. We're hoping to be able to re-offer the decaf black teas by mid-December, and a little sooner for the decaf green teas.
Apologies again for the delay,
Chris

Update on decafs? I had several people who wanted some decaf black flavors who were disappointed to not be able to try out your teas. Current ETA?
I formally request that cocomint green be available in a decaf form (for my dear mother!). (Yeah, yeah, throw out the first 30 seconds brew, don't tell me that...)

The wait on decaf is sad and I have given up and not bought from Adagio because of it. Oh well guess they dont mind people finding other paces to buy their tea

Anon: I
just missed you in the chat earlier today. I wanted to tell you that, if you steep regular (caffeinated) tea in hot water for thirty seconds, then discard that brew and re-steep the same leaves in fresh hot water, you'll end up with decaffeinated tea. That first steeping is a do-it-yourself method of decaffeinating any tea.
I came in from the wilderness, a creature void of form.

I know that you can decaf like that BUT with the flavor ones you lose the flavor by doing that. Trust me, I have tried.

I know the decaf tea has been backordered a while. Any word on when the decaf mango will be available?
