does anyone know about tanins in white tea . i stopped drinking black tea years ago because the tanins made me feel sick. i have just found out it contains more caffiene than green ,am confused . there seems to be a lot of conflicting data. thanks

Black tea makes me sick to my stomach too when I drink it on an empty one. I handle it better with food, you might want to try that.
I've never gotten a stomach ache drinking white tea though.

Caffeine must not effect me at all because I drink more black tea everyday than I do plain ole water.
