PF Changs
In our first visit to this fine restaurant we ordered several dishes, I don't recall the names but one was chicken with cashew and the other one looked like beef broccoli. The later had a distinct Lapsang Souchong taste. Does any one have a recipe using this tea? Tks.

Funny you should ask. This month's tea chef is based on that tea.

Not entirely on-topic, but the PF Chang's near me has an Oolong that is reasonably yummy. I'd really like to find out what it is that they serve.

I believe PF Chang serves Revolution Tea.
