You may easily complete a review of any product purchased from us by following the 'write reviews' link found on our home page.
This link will automatically show up if you are revisiting us with the same computer you have used to make a prior purchase. If the link does not appear, or if you are using a different machine, simply log into your 'account' page, and then return to the home page. This will identify you as a returning customer, and the 'write reviews' link will instantly appear.

I had some confusion on this as well when I first went to fill out a review. Once you are browsing the various tea types, there isn't much of a reason to return to the front homepage. So as a result, you end up not seeing the Review link. Placing a Review link to the top of the website would help people find the page a lot easier, IMO.
BTW, does anyone else think Chris looks just like Seth Green?
