Looking for a consultant in Chicago

I am trying to open a tea lounge or a afternoon tea place but I am afraid that I am lost. Is there a tea consultant in chicago who can work with me? Or is there a professional restaurant manager I could hire?

If you wanted to do it in Portland, I'd be glad to help you, but I'm afraid that since my sister and I moved from the Chicago area two years ago, I wouldn't be of much use to you.
