I would love it if Adagio carried these - right now I get them at a local grocer that only carries them sporadically, if at all.

This is a chunk crystal sugar, that is tinted amber with caramel, and has a very very subtle caramel flavour. It looks like little pieces of topaz crystal or smokey quartz. The faint caramel taste it has is *wonderful* in black teas, and the sparkly crystal look makes it a nice show sugar for entertaining.
