Hi everybody!
I'm Jack. I'm leaving my job in advertising to pursue my dreams and work for myself (next week is my last week). One of those dreams is opening my very own tea room and totally changing the way people think about tea and what tea can do.
I have to admit I only have a very basic understanding of tea (I've read a book or two, but that's about it). So I look forward to learning from all of you in the days to come!

Thanks everyone! Are there any tea blogs out there that are aimed at helping casual tea drinkers learn more about tea? Some of the ones I've come across are really interesting (with a lot of amazing photography) yet feel somewhat daunting at the same time.
