Pu-Erh is good

The stuff I bought from Teaopia may not be the best Pu on the market but I found it just ok.

I've only had one type/kind/brand and I'm not sure I even prepared it correctly, but it's good tea, not worth the extra cash.

You mean King of Puerh? I would say it's not very representative.

i had one look at their website and ran! i hope you are not discouraged from drinking more pu because of teaopia. scattered throughout this forum there are many links and names mentioned for some amazing and super cheap pu erh tea cakes.

all is not lost.

Ok, I took another run at it...this time it was much better.

I was need'in a fix, ahhh, a cup so I just scooped out three teaspoons into my pot and added boiling water onto the leaves. If this is wrong, I don't want to be right! I think the infuser kept the leaves too tight. This time the flavour was much fuller?

Anyone steep it Tibetan style, over night? Do you steep it in the fridge or out?
