too young for tea?

can my one year old drink tea or is it not a good idea???

I don't think it is a good idea for him to have the caffiene, but maybe a really diluted herbal. I don't see the fruit herbals as being a problem, since kids do drink juice, and it may actually be better for them to have a pure herbal without all the sugars of processed juice, but you would need to watch the tempurature.

what about rooibos? that is 100% caffeine free, right? and it also has lots of vitamins and minerals, look up some info on that and show it to your pediatrition.
