Mulberry Tea Rooms, Medford NJ

Word on the street is that the Mulberry Tea Rooms in Medford NJ is up for sale.
I don't know any details, but it's a great place with a nice location in a quaint shopping district. I would love to see it stay a nice tea room instead of being turned into another Starbucks, so I wanted to put the word up here in case anyone should be so inclined as to carry the torch for the soon-to-be-previous owner.
