I am looking to improve the tea service in my restaurant and am looking for the following information. What kind of Tea service do people like, i.e tea pots, cups, tea etc.? I am also looking for wholesale distributers of fine teas.
Thanks!! Any help is much appreciated

adagio has a wholesale division, just email them for the info.

I would think a small pot would be nice and is generally what I have seen (not locally though). Locally no one uses anything but bags around here.

When I go into my local tea shop, they use a bodum yo-yo infuser for and a cup for the tea. They are very cheap but work very well for the price, so you can buy many of them to use. They also usually have a timer that they give to you so that you know when your tea is ready.

As far as wholesale tea, as gardengal said, adagio does have a wholesale version of their company. It is located at:

www.adagioxl.com

You will have to apply to be able to buy, but I doubt it is very difficult.
