I usually drink one tea, typically in the morning (and on an empty stomach more often than is probably ideal). I'll make 5-12 infusions or so of it, and usually drink just a small (~ 30 ml maybe?) cup or two of each infusion, with the other cup for the teapot I'm using or my little water buffalo ornament who hangs out with me at work).
Sometimes I'll make tea in the early afternoon as well.
For special occasions (tea tastings and such), I can handle a lot more tea, but I find that drinking a lot of strong tea every day tends to not agree with my system, even if I try to ramp it up slowly.
