From what he told me, he is just a individual collector like many of us and just had some extra cakes he wanted to get rid of. He was telling me that he travels to China for business (which is why it took so long to work it out in the first place) so you may see other things from him from time to time.

I like it a lot so far (I think I posted about it somewhere here), but I don't claim to be an expert on whether it will age well. I picked it partially because some people think the stone-pressed cakes w/ lighter compression should age better in a drier climate.

There are a couple of tong in there, including one of '08 7542, but there are also a lot of random cakes, which are semi-organized into cakes that are about the same size and within 4-5 years of each other. Sorry - I'm way too lazy to take them all out for a group photo.

My collection is kind of random and haphazard. I guess I'm just hoping that long term, at least some of it will taste good and / or increase in value.

I am utterly speechless. Like a 5th grade boy walking in to the girls locker room. Sorry about the analogy but yeah. . . . LOL
