Hello iam new to the loose tea world, and on the can it says to boil 180 degrees and other herbal cans have 212 degrees i would love to know which one is right.

I've always brewed chamomile at boiling for a couple of minutes. And any leftover tea was used for washing my blonde hair to bring out the highlights!
