They do it with Green tea leaves, why not Rooibos?

That sounds interesting. It is small enough but it just needs to be ground a bit.

What method/tool do you use to grind your tea? I've tried powdering tea, but I don't think I do it fine enough since the powder always seems to just sink to the bottom of the cup.

I've been looking for a mortar and pestle, just wanting to try it as an experiment, but haven't been able to find it.

I can't remember where it was, but someone posted a link of a little tool that was designed specifically for grinding tea up. It would probably work wonders with rooibos.
